I hope that you are all having a wonderful week. This is a quick and easy recipe that I wanted to share on my blog for your benefit as well as mine. My friend shared this recipe with me and I wanted to share it with you because it is truely delicious. This snack is perfect to nibble on and may be suitable for candy buffets or served as a dessert for guests. Another reason why I love this recipe so much is because you can just use what ever ingredients you have at home. For example I used milk chocolate but you can replace that with dark chocolate. Likewise, you may replace the peanut butter with almond butter or what ever spread you like. It is a great opportunity to use the bananas you have at home that have started to get spotty.
Quick Tip: If you have any left over, put them in a zip lock bag and place them in the freezer. They will be amazing in smoothies!
1. Chop up the bananas.
2. Spread peanut butter between two pieces of banana.
3.Dip the peanut butter filled banana into the chocolate.
4. Place the banana onto a tray lined with baking paper and put it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
