Moss Green & Floral – OOTN

Hi everyone!

I hope everyone is having a lovely week! As I am on holidays now I have a lot of spare time. This calls for one thing and one thing only. To make my own clothes! My mum buys a variety of different fabrics types, lengths and styles. Instead of letting the fabrics just sit there and having the sowing machine collect a layer of dust, I thought I would make the most of the resources I have. The skirt in the following pictures is one of my creations. It is so difficult to find skirts that are the right size, shape, style, colour or ones that do not have slits. This was my second attempt and it is certainly the best out of the two I have made. Hopefully when I gain a little more experience, I will do a tutorial on how to do it.

  1. Hey, I came across your blog when I was looking for reviews for those Orleans shoes. The ones you’re wearing look similar so I was wondering whether they’re comfortable? I was thinking of buying a pair, haha. You look gorgeous, BTW! (:

    1. Thank you for your kind words! Yes they shoes are soo comfortable! It might be the fact that they are wedged that make it so comfy. I can definietly wear them for long periods of time without any pain. Let me know how you go with them 🙂

  2. Also, would you mind telling me how high your heels are? And the platforms? Because the Orleans pair has a 10cm heel with a 3cm platform – so basically it’s a 7cm heel. And I know it depends on the person but IDK whether it’s counted as comfortable or not in general? If yours are of similar heel height then they look pretty comfortable because your feet don’t look really arched in your photos. Sorry for asking so many questions but I just can’t handle the pain; I’m a wuss, haha.

    1. No worries love! Ask as many questions as you want. Okay I measured the platform and it approximately 2.5cm (similar to what you said) and the heel is 7cm. It is very important to wear shoes that are comfortable, and I can wear these all day everyday. Sometimes I even plan my outfit around these shoes. I hope I was some kind of help ❤️
